Father’s Day
I think I was more excited about Father’s Day then Ben was. Not to imply that he doesn’t like being a father, I just was so pumped for the gift that I found for him (from Isaac & I, of course).
When I was in Baltimore last month I saw a dad wearing one of these with his kid strapped. In nearly fell over with excitement when I saw it. I knew it would be perfect for Ben and Isaac. I was just excited that Father’s Day was so close. I just love when I find a “perfect gift” for someone.
At any rate, Isaac helped his daddy open it. (I think he is prepping for his birthday in a couple months). And then we had to test it out, of course. I know Isaac doesn’t exactly looked thrilled but it was also blazing hot so we didn’t get to try it out much. He really did think it was cool though. . .and more importantly, so did dad.
It is made by Kelty Kids if you are interested. . .

That looks so neat! I’ve had a couple ideas in mind for a backpack for Nugget. Now that you’ve had it a week or so are you liking it? I am looking for one I can put her in while I work around the house, weed the garden, etc. Do you think this would be comfortable to accomplish household chores in? She’s getting too big to keep her in the front carrier and be able to get stuff done.

Not sure it would be real good for around the house, but maybe, it has great back support and all. You are welcome to stop by some time and check it out for yourself.
