It’s Time for a change!

I totally have that post pregnancy “I need a new look” bug! I have never been much for keeping up with going to the beauty salon type. However, I have been really lax towards the end of my pregnancy which means that it has been almost 4 months since I have had a hair cut. Not only is my hair long and driving me nuts, it is scraggly from split ends and no style.

My sister-in-law Naomi was over Friday before her hair appointment. She doesn’t have the post pregnancy bug seeing as her daughter is 19 months, but she was headed for a radical change. I snapped a before and after picture for her – and now to show you. She had them save the hair for donating to locks of love too. I think it looks great!

Now I am not looking to go that short but I do need a change. I already have an appointment schedule for next Friday the 10th. In fact a good friend (Alathea) indicated that she was ready for a new do on her facebook status so I invited her for a girls night. I am working to pick out some styles for her and I asked her to do the same for me. I thought it might be interesting to see what someone else would choose for me. So that is where you come in too! Any ideas for me? Care to submit a “do” for me to consider? Just interested in what you all think. . .Here are few things to keep in mind. I still have a 7 week old child so simple is good (after all I don’t even get a shower some days!). I also would prefer it be at least shoulder length – but all ideas are welcome.
